Our Bereavement Services team have produced a short video that explains the Memorial Safety programme that commenced in 2024. It outlines our legal responsibility to ensure the cemetery is safe for all visitors, staff and contractors. The video details the memorial stability testing we’ve conducted, the process for notifying grave owners, the re-testing program and the difficult decision to temporarily lay down unsafe memorials.
