On behalf of Graham and the rest of the team, we just wanted to say a huge thank you for all of your help with the funeral for the late xxxxx xxxxx yesterday. We have all commented on how friendly and accommodating your staff have been throughout the process – I know Graham greatly appreciated the help from your groundsmen yesterday with the vault and marquees. The funeral went perfectly and the family were very happy with everything.

Dear Susi, I just wanted to say thank you for helping us find a plot for our Son. Your colleague showed us where it was underneath a tree in the Heritage area. Thank you both for finding such a lovely spot for us to remember him.

I wrote to you seeking information about Thelma. Please see pictures below which show how you not only traced Thelma's resting place but also upon placing a marker in the ground to help us locate the position you found a buried gravestone complete with inscription for her. This was an incredible find and we are so grateful to you for that assistance and for finding this record for us. Thank you Susi.

Thank you for your letter and, more importantly for your excellent service provided for the cremation of my wife. The whole occasion was faultless and provided exactly what the family wanted. Please pass on my thanks to all the staff involved. Finally, may I say how impressed I am by the high standards of maintenance of the Cemetery, which I have visited on several occasions. It is indeed a fitting place of rest for the departed, but not forgotten.

I just wanted to pass on a heartfelt thank you to all the staff we encountered regarding our cousin whose funeral was held in November 2023. From the staff on the day of the funeral, to the office staff, and to Michael sensitively helping us to scatter the ashes. You have all been kind, friendly and sensitive and are a wonderful credit to your profession.

Thank you for the Letters to Heaven post-box, I love the idea and will certainly be sending one to my beautiful sister who passed away last year. What a lovely idea where you can write a letter of how you are feeling.
